MONTHLY RETAINER SERVICES

Partnership HR Solutions offers flexible monthly retainer solutions designed to provide ongoing HR support tailored to your business needs. With options ranging from limited to comprehensive support, the retainer services ensure that businesses have access to critical HR expertise, guidance on employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and more. Each package is structured to fit different levels of engagement, providing cost-effective ways for businesses to maintain compliance and improve internal operations. The retainer packages also include discounts on additional consulting services, offering businesses savings and comprehensive HR support when they need it most.

Monthly Service Hours

Monthly service hours are bundled into our retainer plans and are used flexibly throughout the month for ongoing HR support.  We offer five (5) monthly service options to pair with our monthly retainer solutions. These options include:  

  • One (1) hour of support*
  • Three (3) hours of support
  • Five (5) hours of support
  • Eight (8) hours of support
  • Ten (10) hours of support

The Limited Service package provides basic HR support for businesses that need essential guidance. It includes a monthly HR advisory and guidance meeting, compliance posters, and forms to help businesses stay on top of HR requirements.


  • 60-minute monthly HR advisory and guidance meeting:
    Receive tailored HR remote guidance to discuss HR questions, compliance considerations, employee relations concerns, or general people-management issues. The session is consultative in nature and focused on guidance and decision support. 


  • Partnership HR Solutions forms:
    Access customizable HR forms for various operational and legal needs, simplifying your documentation process.


  • Labor law updates:
    Stay informed with the latest updates on labor laws that affect your business, ensuring compliance.


  •  Annual compliance posters:      Meet federal and state compliance requirements by receiving posters that inform employees of their rights.


  • One Annual pulse survey:
    Get insights into employee satisfaction with one annual pulse survey to gauge morale and potential areas for improvement.


  • 10% off consulting services:
    Save on additional consulting services with a 10% discount on all additional HR projects or consulting needs.

These hours may be applied toward HR guidance, employee relations coaching, policy or documentation review, and limited HR deliverables completed within the allotted time. Larger projects or implementation work are scoped separately.
